After successfully performing in Technical, Commercial and Management Positions for various large Anglo-Saxon multinationals such as ICL, Data General, Prime and Hewlett-Packard Patrick Collin joined Comelog, a 100% French Software Group. He took on the task of General Manager for their Benelux branch.

In 1991 Patrick Collin set up PACO. PACO stands for “Professional Business Training & Consulting”, and specialises in Custom-made Training and Professional Company Advice.

All training and consulting aim to strengthen social skills in the field of Management, Sales and Self-Management. Additionally Paco organises a number of outdoor activities for the promotion of Team Spirit: swamp excursions; treasure hunts in Ghent; champagne tasting etc. Only recently - as a part of a kick-off - a workshop was held for 110 Hewlett-Packard employees on the high-speed train TGV between Brussels-Lyon.

• Active hiking & walking holidays and tennis followed by lavish après-tennis
• Co-organisation of city trips
• Non-stop renovation of old mansion and adjoining garden
